By using med-certificate.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before submitting a medical certificate request.
Our service
Med Certificate is a telehealth facilitation platform that connects you with AHPRA-registered medical practitioners. We do not provide medical advice directly. All clinical decisions are made independently by the assessing doctor.
Clinical decisions
A doctor may approve or decline your certificate request based on clinical assessment. Declined requests are not charged. We cannot guarantee a certificate will be issued for any particular condition or duration.
Payment
Fees are displayed before submission. Payment is taken when you submit your request to a GP for review. If a doctor declines your request, you receive a full refund. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Not for emergencies
This service is not suitable for medical emergencies. Call 000 for life-threatening situations.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information. Providing false or misleading information may result in refusal of service and could have legal consequences.
